We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR intern to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks.

Responsibilities:-

· Screening and short listing the candidate’s resume.

· Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.

· Cold calling to the candidates.

· Posting job advertisements to job portals and social media platforms.

· Attendance and leave management.

· Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee perks, and other HR-related matters.

Requirements:-

· Bachelors or Master’s degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.

· Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

· The ability to work as part of a team.

· Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

· Effective communication skills.
