Follow up with customers for overdue payments.
Handle tele-calling and field collection activities.
Achieve collection targets and reduce delinquency.
Update collection records and customer interactions.
Coordinate with branch and credit teams for recovery cases.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline.
6 Months+ Years of experience in collections, recovery, tele-calling, or customer service.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Local area knowledge of Amritsar preferred.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
