Roles & Responsibilities:
Independently develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals.
Prepare detailed drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD.
Create 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp.
Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and coordinate with contractors.
Attend client meetings, understand requirements, and communicate design ideas effectively.
Coordinate with consultants and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Ability to independently handle design and drawing tasks.
Valuable communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid design sense, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel for site visits and project coordination.
