We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship provides an prospect to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee management, and daily HR operations.
Roles and Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment and selection process. Post job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities. Support attendance tracking and leave management. Assist with daily HR activities and administrative tasks.
Communicate with candidates and employees professionally.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
