We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and career-oriented individuals to join our recruitment team as HR Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate management, and interview coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Contact candidates to explain job prospects and assess their suitability.
Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate communication skills.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and next steps.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
Support recruiters in managing multiple job requirements and meeting hiring targets.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Eligibility
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 Year of experience are welcome.
Any graduate with an interest in HR and recruitment.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Ability to manage tasks, follow up with candidates, and work in a target-driven workplace.
Immediate joiners preferred.
