Role & responsibilities
Carry out day-to-day maintenance and repair work at commercial and retail sites.
Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and civil maintenance tasks.
Identify technical issues and provide timely solutions.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine site inspections.
Attend maintenance complaints and service requests within the agreed timelines.
Coordinate with facility management teams, clients, vendors, and supervisors.
Maintain service reports, job completion records, and maintenance checklists.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain quality standards.
Travel to different client locations as required.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline.
35 years of experience in maintenance, facility management, retail maintenance, or technical support.
Practical knowledge of multiple maintenance trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry,



painting, and civil repairs.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage maintenance tasks efficiently.
Willingness to travel to different sites as per business requirements.
