We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our HR Training Programme. This programme is designed to provide practical knowledge and hands-on experience in Human Resources, with a primary focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
Candidates will receive training in HR processes, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination under the guidance of the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Contact candidates and explain job prospects.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Assist with job postings and recruitment activities.
Learn basic HR operations and recruitment procedures.
Support the HR team in daily activities.
Requirements
Freshers and candidates interested in building a career in HR are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes.
Positive attitude and ability to work with a team.

Stipend and Duration
Duration: 3 months
Stipend: ₹2,000 per month
Total stipend for 2 months: ₹4,000
