We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive – Hardware to manage IT hardware, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems across the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
Provide technical support to hospital staff for hardware and basic software-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions and system performance issues.
Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity.
Perform hardware installations, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and repairs
Provide timely technical support to minimize downtime and ensure smooth hospital operations.
Educational Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting will be an advantage.
