About Us

Maya Marine & Logistics is a marine services company working in shipbuilding, ship repair, towage and offshore support. We are hiring Helpers for our shipyard project at Pipavav. Freshers are welcome – training will be given on site.

Key Responsibilities
Assist riggers, fitters, welders and supervisors in daily shipyard work
Shift and carry material, tools and equipment around the yard and on board vessels
Help in rigging and lifting work under the guidance of riggers
Keep work area, tools and storage clean and in order
Help in grinding, cleaning,



marking and basic preparation work
Help erect and dismantle scaffolding as instructed
Follow all safety rules and wear PPE at all times
Report any unsafe condition to the supervisor

Requirements
Fresher to 2 years' experience; shipyard, port, construction or fabrication experience is a plus
Minimum 8th / 10th pass (ITI is a plus)
Physically fit and able to do heavy manual work
Willing to work at height, in shifts and on overtime when required
Age 18–40 years
Hindi or Gujarati speaking
