Requirements: Relevant experience in real estate sales sourcing / channel sales. Solid communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory. Proven ability to manage channel partners and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales sourcing and channel partner engagement.
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and real estate agents.
Develop sourcing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
Lead and mentor team members, as applicable.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
