Job Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing machinery.
Inspect machines regularly and identify potential mechanical issues.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment to minimize machine downtime.
Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and compressors.
Handle maintenance of CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth machine operations.
Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, and maintenance records.
Identify spare parts requirements and ensure availability.
Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring breakdowns.
Follow safety procedures, 5S, and housekeeping standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
2 to 4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Experience with CNC machines and manufacturing equipment.
Robust mechanical troubleshooting and machine repair skills.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical manuals.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems is an added advantage.
Positive problem-solving and coordination skills.
Willingness to work in shifts and attend breakdown emergencies.
Job Types: Full time, Fresher Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
