Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing: Process end-to-end payroll for clients, including calculations, deductions, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Compliance Management: Stay updated with Indian payroll regulations and ensure clients' payroll processes are in compliance with all applicable laws.
Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide expert advice on payroll-related matters.
Data Management: Maintain accurate payroll data, employee records, and documentation.
Statutory Reporting: Prepare and submit all statutory reports, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and more, in a timely manner.
Software Utilization:



Utilize payroll software and tools effectively to manage payroll tasks efficiently.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all payroll transactions, changes, and communications.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Experience in Indian payroll processing and compliance.
In-depth knowledge of Indian payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
Solid proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
