– HR Manager

Experience: 5–8 Years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant field

Role Overview:

We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee strategic HR functions, develop company policies, implement KRA/KPI frameworks, and align employee performance with organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement KRAs, KPIs, and performance appraisal systems across departments.
Formulate, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with management on strategic HR planning, workforce optimisation, and organisational development.
Monitor employee performance, productivity, attrition, and accountability.
Handle PIPs, disciplinary matters, employee grievances, and performance improvement initiatives.




Oversee HR operations, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
Prepare HR dashboards and reports to support management decisions.

Required Skills:
Expertise in strategic HR, KRA/KPI management, and policy formulation.
Solid analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of labour laws, performance management, and HR processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
