Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures and extend lifespan.
Oversee CNC machine maintenance, including VMC machines, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical equipment, servo systems, and other plant operations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve overall equipment effectiveness and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements :
Solid knowledge of breakdown maintenance, CNC maintenance (VMC), electrical equipment,



hydraulic systems, pneumatic system, Preventive Maintenance (PM) & Predictive Maintenance (PdM).
Proven track record in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high levels of productivity.
Experience in managing a team of maintenance professionals and leading technical projects.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with PLCs and servo systems is an added advantage.
