We are looking for a motivated and proactive fresher for the position of Junior Franchise POC to support franchise operations, outlet onboarding, staff training, and coordination with online aggregators.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the onboarding of recent franchise outlets.
Act as the central point of contact (POC) for online aggregators.
Manage billing software at the Head Office level.
Address franchise-related queries and provide timely support.
Conduct training for current stores and assist existing store teams.
Coordinate with franchise outlets to ensure smooth operations.
Travel across India (PAN India) for store training and operational support.
Required Skills
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel; positive knowledge preferred.
Solid coordination and interpersonal skills.
Good follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Valuable training and presentation skills.
Quick learner with a proactive approach.
Willingness to travel across India as required.
