Job Details
Position: US Dispatcher / Load Planner (CMT)
Experience: Minimum 6 Months in US Trucking
Industry: Asset-Based Trucking & Logistics
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
Working Hours: As per US shift requirements
Key Responsibilities
Book loads through load boards and brokers.
Negotiate rates to secure profitable freight.
Coordinate with drivers, brokers, and customers.
Track shipments and ensure timely pickup and delivery.
Manage rate confirmations, emails, and dispatch reports.
Handle delays, detention,
layovers, and other operational issues.
Maintain skilled relationships with brokers and drivers.
Required Skills
Minimum 6 months of experience in the US trucking industry.
Hands-on experience in load booking and rate negotiation.
Good English communication and email writing skills.
Knowledge of load boards, rate confirmations, BOLs, and PODs.
Ability to manage multiple loads in a fast-paced environment.
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
