Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Executive to join our team at Capital Toyota. The candidate will be responsible for handling motor insurance sales, policy issuance, renewals, customer coordination, and insurance claims support while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving business targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle motor insurance sales for current and existing Toyota vehicle customers.
Coordinate with insurance companies and brokers for quotations, policy issuance, and renewals.
Explain insurance coverage, premium details, add-on covers, and policy benefits to customers.
Ensure timely issuance of insurance policies before vehicle delivery.
Follow up with existing customers for insurance policy renewals.
Assist customers with accident claims, claim intimation, surveyor coordination, and claim documentation.
Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and CRM departments for smooth insurance operations.
Maintain insurance records, customer databases, renewal details, and daily sales reports.
Achieve assigned insurance sales targets and contribute to dealership revenue.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve insurance-related queries promptly.
Salary and Advantages
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 CTC per month.
Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives linked to insurance sales and achievement of assigned targets.
