Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Assistant Maintenance skilled to support the maintenance team in ensuring smooth operation of building systems, equipment, and facilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily maintenance and repair of facility equipment and infrastructure.
Perform basic plumbing repairs such as leak fixing, pipe replacement, valve servicing, and sanitary maintenance.
Support electrical maintenance including lighting, wiring checks, switch/socket replacement, DB panel support, and troubleshooting minor faults.
Assist in operation and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems such as AC units, chillers, AHU, FCU, ventilation systems, and thermostats.
Carry out preventive maintenance schedules and routine inspections.
Respond to maintenance breakdowns and emergency repair requests.
Maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance records.




Coordinate with vendors/contractors when required.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Support housekeeping and facility upkeep activities when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma / Technical certification in Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC / Plumbing preferred.
2+ years of maintenance experience in commercial, residential, hotel, hospital, or industrial facilities.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work shifts / on-call if required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
