Role & responsibilities
Provide first-level IT support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and system-related issues, ensuring timely ticket resolution and user satisfaction.
Monitor, track, and update incidents/service requests through the ticketing system while maintaining accurate documentation.
Assist with system configuration, user account management, software installation, and routine IT administration activities.
Support basic networking tasks including connectivity troubleshooting, network device setup, and coordination with senior IT teams for issue resolution.
