About the Role

We are looking for a agile, creative, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive our marketing initiatives in the

Printing & Packaging industry

. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing brand presence across digital and traditional platforms, and supporting business growth through effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and services within the printing & packaging sector.
Create appealing and impactful content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Conceptualize, design, and produce videos, reels, and other multimedia content

.
Manage and monitor digital marketing activities including

SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns

.
Plan and coordinate traditional marketing initiatives such as print ads, brochures, exhibitions, trade fairs, and other offline activities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, prospects, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Production)



to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
Track, measure, and report on the performance of campaigns for continuous improvement.
Conceptualize, plan, and manage corporate gifting campaigns, including Diwali and other festive initiatives, from ideation to execution.
Plan and coordinate inter-company ensuring seamless execution and brand alignment where needed

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the printing & packaging industry or B2B marketing.
Robust creative and communication skills with proven ability to produce impactful content.
Hands-on expertise in social media management and digital marketing tools

.
Proficiency in video creation, editing, and graphic designing tools will be an advantage.
Proactive, self-driven, and able to handle both digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
