The Incharge - Human Resource - Recruitment (L2) will be responsible for supporting the talent acquisition function within the automotive steel components, fine blanking, precision machining, and automotive rubber products manufacturing domain. This role involves assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely sourcing and onboarding of qualified candidates to meet the organization's strategic workforce planning goals and operational demands.
This position plays a crucial role in identifying and attracting skilled specialists and tradespeople essential for maintaining the high standards of quality and efficiency in our manufacturing operations. The Incharge will contribute to building a robust talent pipeline that supports innovation, production, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
