Roles and Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company's Ayurvedic products to doctors, Ayurvedic clinics, pharmacies, and retail outlets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, distributors, retailers, and customers.
Conduct regular field visits to generate recent business and achieve sales targets.
Explain product features, perks, and usage to customers and healthcare professionals.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Follow up on orders, payments, and customer requirements.
Submit daily visit reports and sales performance reports to the reporting manager.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Preferred Candidate Profile
B.Sc. qualification with a minimum of one year of experience in the Ayurveda field.
Experience in Ayurvedic product sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare marketing is preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
Target-oriented and capable of developing new business.
Compensation and Advantages
Monthly salary of 25,000 or above, based on experience and suitability.
