Key Responsibilities
Visit doctors, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare facilities to promote hospital services.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
Promote hospital specialties, including OPD, IPD, emergency care, surgery, diagnostics, and other available services.
Generate patient referrals and support the achievement of business development targets.
Inform doctors about new facilities, specialist consultants, treatment options, health packages, and medical camps.
Coordinate with consultants and hospital departments to facilitate patient appointments and referrals.
Conduct regular field visits and maintain a daily visit report.
Identify recent business prospects and develop referral networks.
Organize doctor meetings, health awareness programmes, and medical camps in coordination with the hospital management.
Monitor competitor activities and share market feedback with management.
Maintain accurate records of doctor visits,



referral sources, leads, and business generated.
Ensure all promotional activities comply with hospital policies, patient confidentiality requirements, and applicable healthcare regulations.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate in Pharmacy, or Healthcare Management is preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in medical sales, hospital marketing, or healthcare business development preferred. Freshers may also apply.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel regularly for field visits.
Basic knowledge of hospital services, medical terminology, and the local healthcare market.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and maintaining visit records is preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
