Role & responsibilities
Project Planning &
Execution: Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion within defined scope, budget, and quality standards.
Project Scope &
Requirements: Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to understand requirements, define project scope, and establish deliverables.
Team Management: Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.
Schedule &
Resource Management: Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication, providing regular status updates, progress reports, and escalation summaries.
Risk &
Issue Management: Identify potential project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; develop mitigation plans and resolve issues proactively.
Agile &
Project Methodologies: Manage projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, as appropriate.




Budget &
Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure delivery within approved financial parameters.
Quality Assurance: Work closely with technical and QA teams to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and established quality standards.
Change Management: Evaluate change requests, assess their impact on scope, timelines, and resources, and coordinate approvals before implementation.
Client &
Vendor Coordination: Manage client expectations and coordinate with external vendors, implementation partners, and service providers as required.
Project Documentation: Maintain project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, risk registers, issue logs, and other relevant documentation.
Performance Monitoring: Track project progress using KPIs, milestones, and delivery metrics, taking corrective action whenever required.
Project Closure: Ensure successful project handover, completion of documentation, stakeholder sign-off, and post-implementation review.
