Job Title: Junior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities
Source and identify suitable candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes, screen candidates, and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidates' experience, skills, salary expectations, and notice periods.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection status, and joining confirmation.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
Handle multiple job openings and ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.




Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide a positive recruitment experience.

Required Skills
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, or LinkedIn.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
Good follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR hiring.
Candidates with manufacturing industry recruitment experience will be preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable working from the office in Kamal Vihar, Raipur.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
