We are looking for experienced MEP BIM Modelers with 2+ years of experience in developing 3D BIM models and preparing coordinated construction drawings for international projects. Candidates should have hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for MEP systems using Revit MEP.
Prepare detailed shop drawings, installation drawings, and coordinated layouts.
Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and multidisciplinary MEP teams.
Update models and drawings based on design changes,
consultant comments, and project requirements.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, BIM standards, and international project requirements.
Support BIM coordination meetings and deliver accurate models within project timelines.
Required Skills
Minimum 2+ years of experience in MEP BIM modeling.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks.
Experience in preparing MEP shop drawings and coordinated BIM models.
Understanding of MEP systems, clash detection, and BIM coordination workflows.
Experience working on international projects is preferred.
