We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager & Associate Director of Audit to lead our audit team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the audit team to conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits.
Develop audit plans and strategies to identify risks and opportunities for process improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Review audit findings and present recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations.
Mentor and develop audit team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Qualifications
Qualified Charted Accountant.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit.
Demonstrated experience in leading audit teams and managing complex audit projects.
Robust understanding of regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced and agile environment.
