Job Title: Operations Executive - Medical Underwriting

Job Summary

Responsible for providing back-office support for medical underwriting operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of medical insurance applications and policy documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Review and process medical insurance applications and underwriting documents.
Coordinate with insurance companies, sales teams, and internal departments.
Verify customer details, medical declarations, and supporting documents.
Follow up on pending cases, quotations, approvals, and policy issuance.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
Support daily operational reporting and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; insurance or medical underwriting experience preferred.
Experience in medical insurance operations or broker back-office support is an advantage.
Valuable coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
