About the Role

Kotak Mahindra Life is seeking accomplished and experienced professionals to join as

Internal Agency Partner - People Management.

To clarify upfront, “this is not an insurance policy selling role”. The opportunity is designed for experienced specialists who can acquire talent, build, guide, and manage large teams while creating long-term value and impact. This role will be further graduated to become chief partner.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
Drive scaling-up initiatives through effective leadership, talent acquisition, and people management.
Identify growth prospects and contribute to business development strategies.
Support organizational transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Talent Acquisition and People Management
Acquire talent, build, mentor, and manage large teams.
Coach and guide team members to achieve personal and professional goals.
Support succession planning and leadership chain development.

Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Utilize your network to promote business development.
Represent the organization at all forum with professionalism, integrity, and credibility.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications




Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
Qualified certifications in People Management will be an added advantage.

Experience
20+ years.
Proven track record of leading large teams and delivering measurable results.

An agency partnership role, not a salaried job. You build your own practice and team under the Kotak Life umbrella.
Flexible by design: hybrid / part time, including work from home, based in Delhi NCR.
You won’t start alone: training, mentoring and business support , performance management tools and systems are provided during on-the-job training and beyond.
Experience matters: it is best suited to specialists with 15 or more years of experience and strong networks.
