Operations Head – Corporate Events

Role Overview:

Robust Events LLP is looking for a seasoned Operations Head with 10+ years of experience in corporate event management, production, and execution to lead end-to-end event operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end planning, production, logistics, and execution of corporate events.
Manage vendors, fabrication, AV, stage setups, branding, and technical production.
Oversee project budgets, cost control, vendor negotiations, and resource allocation.
Lead operations teams and coordinate with clients, creative teams, and project managers.
Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, safety, and seamless in office execution.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and resolve operational challenges efficiently.

Requirements:




Minimum 10+ years of experience in corporate events and event production.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Solid expertise in vendor management, budgeting, logistics, and production.
Excellent client coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality events within deadlines.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
