:
Develop and formulate different types of paste products, including Ayurvedic and herbal formulations.
Work closely with the R&D; team for recent product development and improvement.
Select suitable ingredients and raw materials for paste formulation.
Conduct product trials, testing, and quality evaluation.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Packaging teams.
Maintain formulation records and support product costing and commercialization.
Experience: 2–4 years in FMCG, Ayurvedic, oral care, or paste formulation development. Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry, or a relevant field.
