Responsibilities - Responsible for administration of nursing programs by providing managerial skills needed in directing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and coordinating nursing care and the delivery of protected and patient centric care.
Ensure qualified nursing care according to established standards and procedures.
Documentations and data management in overall nursing care, timely MIS generation.
Ensures that comprehensive care is given to each patient and evaluates the services rendered
Inter-department co-ordination for services.
Developing policies and procedures.
Valuable knowledge of a Hospital Information System
Mandatory registration
Assists in allocating nursing personnel’s to various nursing services departments.
Takes regular hospital rounds / meeting patients to identify the satisfaction level regarding nursing care.
Ensures that arrangements are made to assign nurses in emergencies wherever they occur.
