Create, evaluate, and manage nursing duty rosters, shift allocations, and attendance logs to ensure adequate department coverage while managing labor costs.
Conduct continuous clinical audits and rounds to monitor nursing competencies, operational standards, and documentation accuracy.
Support Human Resources in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding newly recruited nurses and care assistants.
Plan and execute continuous education, training programs, and clinical certifications for nursing personnel.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to design, update, and evaluate customized patient care pathways.
Facilitate seamless patient transfers between levels of care .
Serve as the primary mediator explaining diagnoses, healthcare resources, and treatment plans to patients and their family members.
Maintain strict adherence to local healthcare regulations, infection control policies, and patient privacy standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
