Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interviews and assessments, and provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in negotiating job offers and onboarding new hires.
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
