Role & responsibilities
Supervise daily interior site execution for residential and commercial projects.
Read and understand interior layout drawings, working drawings, and detail drawings.
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, POP/gypsum workers, and other contractors.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedules.
Check the quality of materials, workmanship, dimensions, and finishing.
Coordinate with the purchase team for material requirements and timely deliveries.
Prepare daily progress reports and update the project manager.
Monitor material consumption, wastage, and site inventory.
Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety requirements.
Coordinate with designers, architects, vendors,
and project managers to resolve site issues.
Ensure project work is completed according to approved designs and specifications.
