We are looking for a detail-oriented Interior Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for interior design and fit-out projects. The candidate should be able to calculate material quantities, estimate project costs and coordinate with designers, vendors and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:-
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in interior estimation.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for interior design and fit-out projects.
Analyze interior drawings, layouts, and specifications to calculate material quantities.
Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) for materials, labour,
and other project requirements.
Estimate costs for furniture, carpentry, modular kitchens, wardrobes, electrical work, painting, false ceilings and other interior works.
Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Coordinate with designers, project managers, site supervisors and vendors.
Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Ability to communicate with clients to understand their requirements, explain cost estimates and clarify project specifications.
