Assignment of legal cases to a panel advocate and ensure the report/revert is received within TAT.
Peruse legal reports and documents provided by the customer and revert with observations.
Recommend proposals to the reporting manager for approval and take concurrence for deviations in the case as per the Legal approval matrix
Prepare and update relevant MIS daily and circulate among stakeholders in the business team.
Recommend profiles of qualified and eligible advocates for empanelment after thorough verification and obtaining feedback from competition Banks.
Ensure that cases approved are in compliance with local regulations and internal policies, and adhere to the process.
Training for all concerned team members
Ensure that FEC & LAR are obtained for cases cleared.
Monitor compliance of OTC/PDD in all cases
Litigation handling, drafting reply notices, and monitoring court cases
MOTD/Mortgage Deed Vetting
