Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced legal skilled to manage commercial contracts, provide business-oriented legal advice, and ensure regulatory and statutory compliance across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including procurement, sales, distribution, technology, and service contracts.
Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including legal vetting, approvals, execution, and renewals.
Advise business teams on contractual risks, liabilities, and commercial matters.
Manage regulatory compliance, including Anti-bribery, Antitrust, POSH, and data privacy.
Coordinate with external law firms on legal disputes and complex matters.
Improve legal processes and contract management systems.
Qualification & Experience
Law degree from a reputed law school.
7+ years of PQE, preferably with a reputed law firm or multinational company.
Robust expertise in commercial contracts, legal advisory, and compliance.
