Oversee DNB Accreditations, Surveillance and re-accreditations in various specialties.

Support the planning and implementation of all requirements of accreditation

Audits& QI projects
Carry out routine audits of clinical areas / departments.
Provide feedback to departments.
Support and implement QI projects.
Closure of Non-conformities.
Quarterly NABH audit are conducted
To ensure continued compliance to closure submitted in the previous accreditation audit




Ensure passive and active medical documents audit
To ensure SLA monitoring.

Quality Assurance
Management of reliable untoward incidents, complaints, issues of poor clinical performance and to promote patient safety.
RCA of Incident reporting, adverse incidents followed by corrective action and implementation of Preventive action.

MedicalPoliciesand Standards
Dissemination, Implementation, Training of Organization policies and regular audits.

ClinicalindicatorsandPerformance indicator
To support the development, periodic review and improvement of NABH performance indicators .
Collation of CQI data along with RCA & CAPA

To demonstrate skilled & courteous behavior to patient & co-workers.

Cost &Revenue;
To operate within budget cost.
Budget for Quality and Infection control is prepared as per the requirement and expenditure
