Role & responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging activities for nursery, LKG, and UKG students.
Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, shapes, colours, and phonics.
Develop children's communication, social, emotional, and motor skills.
Use storytelling, rhymes, music, games, and hands-on activities to make learning enjoyable.
Create age-appropriate lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids.
Maintain a secure, hygienic, and child-friendly classroom environment.
Monitor children's progress and provide individual attention as needed.
Encourage creativity, curiosity, independence, and positive behaviour.
Communicate with parents regarding children's development and progress.
Follow the school's curriculum, academic guidelines, and safety policies





Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any relevant discipline.
ECCEd, NTT, Montessori training, or an equivalent early childhood education qualification preferred/required as per school norms.
Prior experience in pre-primary teaching preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine interest in working with young children.
Valuable classroom management and organisational skills.
Ability to create a positive and engaging learning workplace.
Willingness to work a six-day week.
