Job Summary

BEAT Education is looking for a result-oriented Performance Manager to monitor business performance, improve team productivity, and ensure the achievement of organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor the performance of teams and departments against assigned targets.
Set and track KPIs and performance metrics.
Analyze performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
Develop strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with department heads to achieve business objectives.
Prepare performance reports and present updates to management.




Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
Monitor progress towards organizational goals and recommend improvements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Relevant experience in performance management, operations, or business management.
Robust analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and performance reporting.
Ability to work with targets and manage multiple responsibilities.
