We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Category Sales Growth Manager to drive business growth for ECOIL by expanding partnerships and sourcing opportunities within the Snacks, Namkeen, and Edible Oil ecosystem. The role requires a strong industry network, relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and onboard key clients across India.

Role & responsibilities
Drive category growth by acquiring and managing relationships with manufacturers, processors, and key stakeholders in the snacks, namkeen, and edible oil industry.
Leverage existing industry connections to generate recent business opportunities and expand market presence.
Identify potential clients, partners, and high-volume users across the food processing and FMCG sectors.
Develop and execute category growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis,



and industry research to identify growth opportunities.
Build robust relationships with decision-makers, including plant heads, procurement teams, operations heads, and business owners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account management of clients.
Track category performance, sales pipeline, and revenue targets.
Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
