About the Role

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to support procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in D2C/E-commerce procurement and be capable of ensuring cost-effective sourcing, timely deliveries, and smooth supply chain operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in procurement planning and inventory monitoring based on sales forecasts and business requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for price quotations, purchase orders, order tracking, and timely delivery of materials.
Support day-to-day procurement, warehousing, and logistics coordination.
Maintain vendor records and verify product quality documents to ensure compliance with quality standards and company processes.
Compare vendor quotations, track procurement costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain purchase orders and update inventory records.
Assist with stock reconciliation and coordinate with the Finance team for vendor invoices and payment follow-ups.
Ensure smooth coordination between vendors,



warehouse teams, logistics, and internal departments.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
Mandatory hands-on experience in D2C/E-commerce.
Experience in the Beauty, Personal Care (BPC), or Nutraceutical industry will be preferred.
Basic understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, purchase orders, and supply chain operations.
Strong vendor coordination, negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
Ability to compare quotations, track costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Knowledge of quality standards and applicable industry regulations will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel for work, if required.
