Manage end-to-end hub operations, including inbound, sorting, processing, and outbound dispatch.

Plan and optimize manpower deployment based on shipment volumes and productivity requirements.
Monitor team performance, attendance, productivity, and employee stability.
Coordinate with transport vendors and internal teams to ensure timely vehicle placement and departure.
Ensure shipment accuracy, reconciliation, security, and SOP compliance.
Monitor operational costs, vendor performance, and resource utilization.
Track daily KPIs, prepare MIS reports, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvement.
