We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with robust hands-on expertise in Google Sheets to manage retail sales data, prepare sales MIS reports, and generate meaningful business insights for management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain sales, product, style code, color, designer, and transaction data.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and financial-year-wise sales MIS reports.
Analyze sales performance by style code, product category, color, designer, and month.
Identify top-selling and bottom-selling products and styles.
Prepare product-wise and year-wise sales comparison reports.
Develop automated MIS reports using advanced Google Sheets formulas and functions.
Create and maintain Pivot Tables, dashboards, summaries, and management reports.
Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
Identify sales trends, variances, and anomalies and share actionable insights with management.
Improve existing MIS formats and automate repetitive reporting processes.

Mandatory Google Sheets Skills Candidates must have robust practical knowledge of:

Candidate Requirements
2–4 years of experience in MIS, Sales MIS, or Retail Reporting.
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Sheets is mandatory.
Valuable understanding of retail sales and inventory data.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to convert raw data into meaningful management reports.
Experience in apparel, fashion, or lifestyle retail will be preferred.

Data integrity, validation, and reconciliation.
Quality of sales analysis and management reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
