Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage inventory, stock control, procurement, and expiry monitoring.
Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations and hospital policies.
Supervise pharmacy staff, duty rosters, and performance.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, stores, and purchase departments.
Maintain stock records, control wastage, and ensure timely availability of medicines.
Eligibility Criteria:
B.Pharm / M.Pharm preferred
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in hospital pharmacy operations, preferably in a multi-speciality hospital.
Solid knowledge of inventory management, pharmacy compliance, and team handling.
Positive communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
