Key Responsibilities
Perform Client Onboarding, KYC/CDD reviews, and Account Maintenance activities.
Process updates related to authorized signers, authority management, account servicing, and customer profile maintenance.
Review, validate, and verify client documentation and supporting records.
Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of updates in banking systems.
Adhere to operational controls, compliance requirements, and risk guidelines.
Manage exceptions, investigate discrepancies, and provide timely resolution.
Meet defined SLA, productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders through email and chat support.
