Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Vendor Coordinator Executive to manage material sourcing, vendor coordination, purchase orders, price negotiations, and timely material delivery for interior design and furniture projects.

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily procurement and purchasing activities for interior and furniture projects.
Source materials such as furniture, hardware, fittings, electrical and civil items.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, and project teams.
Obtain quotations, prepare comparison statements, and negotiate prices.
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on orders and deliveries.
Ensure materials meet approved specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, invoices, and delivery challans.
Coordinate with accounts regarding vendor bills, advances, and pending payments.
Track material requirements, pending orders, and procurement costs.

Requirements
3–5 years of relevant procurement or purchase experience.
Experience in the interior design, furniture,



or related industry preferred.
Knowledge of vendor management, material sourcing, and price negotiation.
Practical experience with Purchase Orders, quotation comparisons, and delivery follow-ups.
Valuable communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
