Telenova Networks Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and responsible Project Engineer / Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple project sites, ensuring timely execution, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise multiple project sites simultaneously
Plan, execute, and monitor project activities from initiation to completion
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Prepare project schedules, reports, and progress updates
Handle site inspections, quality checks, and safety compliance
Manage manpower, materials, and site resources effectively
Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution
Support billing, BOQ verification,
and project documentation
Ensure adherence to company standards and project specifications
Requirements:
Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical / Electronics or related field
2–5 years of experience in project execution (ELV/IT/Construction preferred)
Ability to handle multiple sites and teams
Solid leadership and coordination skills
Positive communication and reporting skills
Knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Excel is an added advantage
