Perform routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Operate and handle HPLC instruments, preferably Shimadzu and Agilent.
Perform analytical testing as per approved specifications and SOPs.
Prepare mobile phases, buffers, and standard/sample solutions.
Maintain calibration records, analytical worksheets, and QC documentation.
Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, and laboratory safety standards.
Troubleshoot basic HPLC instrument issues and maintain proper documentation.
